**Participation Terms & Cancellation Policy (Morocco Retreat)**

1. Cancellation by the Participant

Participants may cancel their booking at any time in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

* up to 60 days before the retreat start date: 20% of the total price
* 59 to 30 days before the retreat start date: 30% of the total price
* 29 to 7 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total price
* 6 days or less before the retreat start date, or in case of no-show: 70% of the total price

The effective date is the date on which the written cancellation is received.

2. Replacement Participant

Participants have the right to nominate a replacement participant at any time to attend the retreat in their place.
This is subject to the replacement meeting all participation requirements. No additional fees will be charged, except for any external rebooking costs (e.g. accommodation or transport providers).

3. Personal Responsibility

Participation in the retreat is at the participant’s own responsibility. Each participant is fully responsible for their physical and mental health.
All activities and content are intended for personal development and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

4. Travel Cancellation Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Such insurance may cover cancellation costs in the event of illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Non-Use of Services

No refunds will be given for unused services due to late arrival or early departure.
